Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Maine, Camp Pondicherry Reservation Page

We are happy to rent to Girl Scout Troops and Service Units. Other non-profit groups must obtain approval from Girl Scouts of Maine by contacting customercare@gsmaine.org. Girl Scouts of Maine reserves the right to deny rental to any group not conforming to our mission and purpose. An email confirmation will be sent after Girl Scouts of Maine review requests.

Girl Scouts of Maine policy does not allow us to rent to for-profit organizations or to non-member individuals. Also, we do not rent for private parties such as weddings, showers, family gatherings, etc.

Troops and Service Units can reserve up to 6 months from reservation date.

A two-night minimum is required for weekend rentals (Friday and Saturday nights).

1. In the calendar below under 'Enter Search Criteria', select the category (Overnight, Equipment, etc) from the menu in the ‘Category’ field.

2. Select the start date for the reservation.

3. Use the drop down labeled ‘Duration’ to indicate how many nights.

4. Select ‘Search’ for your options to populate.

5. When you find the facility you would like to reserve, select the ‘RESERVE’ button to add it to your shopping cart. Items will show a price range and will populate actual price once you enter your group status (GS or non-profit).

6. Continue this process for all categories you are interested in reserving, like additional sites and equipment

For example:  if you would like to rent equipment for archery, boating, swimming or challenge course. Select the Equipment category (begining at step 1 above), and follow same steps until your order is complete.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, credit/debit.

The adult reserving a unit is the primary contact for the camp reservation. For all Pondicherry tent units and Wentworth Cabin rentals, a Troop Camp Certified adult is required. For other Pondicherry buildings (Chalet, Troop House, Farm House), Troop Camp Certification is only required if a group is cooking outside and/or building a campfire.
